Outleap is licensed annually by cohort size. Full commercial, service, data-processing and support terms are agreed in the signed school agreement. This page is a plain-language procurement summary, not legal advice and not a substitute for contract review.
Licensing model
Annual licence by cohort band
Outleap is priced as an annual licence banded by cohort size, starting at £1,500 per year. Every school gets trust-pack access, setup support, and the agreed rollout scope for that cohort. See pricing bands.
No staff seat charges
Coordinator, tutor and school-leader accounts are included in the licence. There are no additional fees for staff access.
Pilot-to-rollout pathway
Schools can begin with a defined pilot cohort and scale to full rollout after reviewing outcomes. Pilot terms, renewal windows, exit terms and any non-standard commitments are confirmed in writing before onboarding.
What's included
Core workflow plus agreed activation scope
The first-school scope centres on the Evidence Bank, the UCAS statement workflow with AI feedback, cohort visibility and progress, and CV/application workspaces where enabled for the rollout. AI feedback is advisory and bounded to the student's own work; staff can see the feedback every student receives through normal product views. Automated safeguarding alert delivery, staff routing and review holds are not part of the launch scope. CV/application support is the student's own. References and Opportunity Radar are coming September 2026 and are not part of current processing.
Trust and compliance documentation
A DPA template, DPIA starter, data-retention policy and AI-safety policy are included for school review. These documents are templates and must be completed against the school's role model, activated workflows, retention choices and legal requirements.
Setup and onboarding support
School configuration, cohort import, staff onboarding and ongoing support during the licence period. No IT project or MIS integration required.
Governance alignment
Data Processing Agreement
Commercial terms are accompanied by a Data Processing Agreement establishing controller-processor responsibilities, subprocessors, data-handling obligations and security commitments. School-specific fields require completion before signature.
MAT and multi-school terms
Multi-academy trusts signing 5 or more sixth forms receive a 15% group discount. Schools are banded individually by cohort size. Contact us for trust-level terms.
Governing law
