Licensing model
Annual licence by cohort band
Outleap is priced as an annual licence banded by cohort size, starting at £2,500 per year. Every school gets trust-pack access, setup support, and the agreed rollout scope for that cohort — no feature tiers, no per-round charges. See pricing bands.
No staff seat charges
Coordinator, tutor and school-leader accounts are included in the licence. There are no additional fees for staff access.
Pilot-to-rollout pathway
Schools can begin with a defined pilot cohort and scale to full rollout after reviewing outcomes. Pilot terms can run on shorter cycles. There is no multi-year lock-in.
What's included
Core workflow plus agreed activation scope
The Evidence Bank, the UCAS statement workflow, the cohort view with at-risk flags, the trust pack and rollout support are included. References and safeguarding routing are enabled according to the plan agreed during onboarding. Opportunity Radar and the route-based application workbench are on the roadmap and are not part of the priced scope until they ship.
Trust and compliance documentation
A DPA template, DPIA starter, data-retention policy and AI-safety policy are included. The data-flow diagram is available on request from the trust page.
Setup and onboarding support
School configuration, cohort import, staff onboarding and ongoing support during the licence period. No IT project or MIS integration required.
Governance alignment
Data Processing Agreement
Commercial terms are accompanied by a Data Processing Agreement establishing controller-processor responsibilities, data-handling obligations and security commitments.
MAT and multi-school terms
Multi-academy trusts signing 5 or more sixth forms receive a 15% group discount. Schools are banded individually by cohort size. Contact us for trust-level terms.
